Method: This study is an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. The number of research subjects as much as 74 children. Determination of obesity with a Z-score is based on the Body Mass Index / Age (IMT / U). Data results of blood glucose levels at the time. The Results: Bivariate analysis showed that the nutritional status of obesity has a significant association with blood glucose levels at the time in adolescents. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained value P = 0.032
